01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okla ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at okla.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the okla platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their current form and as updated from time to time.

okla operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slot machines, progressive jackpots, and related gaming services, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Our platform is accessible in English and is designed specifically to support payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

These Terms should be read together with okla's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and okla. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the okla platform immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure if you hold a registered account.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the okla platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active okla account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okla does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of okla or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from the okla platform or any affiliated gaming platform, for the duration of that self-exclusion period.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If okla discovers at any point that a registered player does not meet the above eligibility criteria — including but not limited to being under 18 years of age — the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations, which may include forfeiture of any bonus funds and return of net deposited amounts only.

03 Account Registration

To access any real-money gaming feature on okla, you must complete the registration process and hold a single, verified okla account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the okla platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. okla is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your okla username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okla will never contact you to ask for your password. All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

Verification Requirements

okla may at any time require you to provide documentary proof of your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-fraud processes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by okla may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

okla accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed below. Deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times, and any applicable conditions are subject to change and will be communicated via the Cashier section of the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically completed within one hour during business hours on Bangladesh Standard Time.
• Nagad — Instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically completed within one hour.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Deposit and withdrawal supported; processing times may vary.
• Upay — Deposit and withdrawal supported; processing times may vary.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from an account registered to a person other than the okla account holder — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the okla account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform. okla does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, over which okla has no control.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the okla account from which the withdrawal is requested. okla reserves the right to request documentary proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as specified in the Cashier. okla reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until any outstanding identity verification requirements have been satisfied. Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met in full.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on okla are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okla does not perform currency conversion. Deposits and withdrawals must be made in BDT. Any losses or costs arising from currency conversion carried out by a third-party payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

05 Bonus & Promotions

okla offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to the welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and Eid holidays. The following general terms apply to all okla bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• okla reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, game weighting percentages, minimum odds conditions, and bonus expiry periods are specified on the individual promotion page. These terms must be read and accepted before a bonus is claimed.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at okla are eligible for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement as specified on the current welcome bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player. Players who register multiple accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

okla actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a return while satisfying wagering requirements, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any error in a promotion's configuration. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, okla reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the accounts involved.

06 User Obligations

By using the okla platform, you agree to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the okla platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party benefit.
• You will keep your account login credentials strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.
• You will provide accurate and complete information at registration and will update that information if it changes.
• You will not use any software, algorithm, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated system to interact with the okla platform in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by okla.
• You will not attempt to intercept, monitor, or modify any data transmitted between your device and okla's servers.
• You will not use the okla platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime. Any attempt to use gaming activity as a mechanism for money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh regarding online gaming, financial transactions, and internet use.
• You will take reasonable steps to ensure that no person under the age of 18 has access to your okla account or your device while you are logged in.
• You will contact [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if you suspect technical errors have affected your game outcomes, or if you are experiencing difficulties with gambling and wish to access responsible gaming tools.

Failure to observe any of the above obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your okla account, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okla platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. okla may determine, at its sole discretion, that conduct not listed below constitutes a breach of these Terms if it is determined to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming outcomes.

Fraud and Deception

Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation directed at okla or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age or location, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits made to your okla account.

Collusion

Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or sports betting context to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. This includes sharing cards or bet information in real time, coordinating opposing bets across multiple accounts, or communicating with other players in a manner designed to manipulate game outcomes.

Exploitation of Software Errors

If a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured promotion results in odds, payouts, or bonus terms that are clearly outside the intended parameters, you are obligated to stop play and notify [email protected]. Any winnings generated by knowingly exploiting such errors may be voided. okla is not liable for losses arising from genuine technical faults and will endeavour to rectify any error promptly.

Use of Automated Systems

The use of any bot, automated betting script, odds comparison robot, arbitrage software, or any other tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct, real-time human input is strictly prohibited. okla employs detection systems to identify automated activity and reserves the right to close any account found to be using such tools.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

okla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity, age, or payment verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of proceeds of crime.
• Confirmed or suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Receiving a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
• Detection of automated or non-human activity on the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your okla account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a permanent measure effective for a minimum of six months, during which okla will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account and will not send marketing communications to the excluded player. Consequences of Closure Due to Breach

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, okla reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach, including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings. In cases involving fraud or financial crime, okla may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
